To obtain a refund, call us at 1-866-354-5738, mail in proof of purchase, copy of failed laboratory results, proof of identity (photo copy of your license) and the product container. Allow two to four weeks for refund to be processed. 513 Ventures will not give refunds to those that do not following product directions!
